Refund policy

We have a 90-day refund policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your service to submit a claim for refund, which will go through a dispute process.  Claims can be for property damage, damaged products, quality of service, or incomplete service.

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide sufficient evidence backing your claim, including photos and/or videos.  You’ll also need the proof of purchase.  We may need to reach out for more information during the dispute process.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and investigated your claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
