What Our Service Includes
- Service includes assembly or installation of 1 customer-supplied product.
- Product must be in the room of choice. If a room of choice move is needed, we may need to contact you if we require an upcharge.
- Additional charges may apply if the product does not match the requested service, or if the product requires more than the standard scope of work.
- Our technicians will clean up the work area and take trash to the curb or designated trash area at the residence.
What To Expect
- At Checkout, select our Standard Service if your preferred date & time was available.
- Priority Service is available at an additional charge if you need service at a date & time not provided. We will reach out to you directly if selected.
- After purchase of our Standard Service, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or text confirming your date & time window.
- On the day of service, you will receive a reminder email and/or text, as well as a notification once we are 1 hour from the ETA. The same tracking link will be updated with the ETA and the assigned Technician.
- You can also add any location details or special instructions for the technician (ex. gate code).
